I think that was a "Butterball" brand Polish Sausage. Any of that commercial stuff will work, I'm not fussy, as long as it's not 'hot'.

Fed nine of us this afternoon with 2 batches of burgers and homemade skinless brats.



Served with Potato Salad, pickles, pimento cheese, corn dip, chips, nacho's, etc etc. I think some beer may have been in there some where
