Especially with that "no mayo" version for summer (I like to add bacon bits). Add to that the "no mayo" Cole Slaw. Do you realize how many people get sick at summer backyard bbq's from tater salad and cole slaw that's been sitting out in the hot sun for wayyyy too long?
