Some of us were throwing this question back and forth on another thread. Thought it would be a good thought provoker. And remember, IMO, this type of violence does not include self-defense or protecting you family. That is one kind of violence which is definitely an option for me.
There's Not a Violent Bone in Your Body

You're cool and collected, even when someone really gets under your skin. And while you don't blow up when you're angry, you know how to express your anger calmly. You don't bottle emotions up or let them get out of control. For you, violence would never be an option.

There's a Chance You Could Be Violent

Overall, you're a pretty chill person - and you have a good handle on your emotions. Sometimes your anger gets the best of you, and end up regretting how you act. Try to curb your temper more often. It only has to get out of control once to do some damage.

I can BE VERY VIOLENT...you go after my kids, or my husband, and I'll knock ya on your arse. And here's a warning...(lol) never mistake my kindness for weakness. And if you underestimate me, it could be fatal. I don't mean I'll literally kill you...just bide my time, usually give ya enough rope and you'll hang yourself.

If I could possibly be violent, I would've decked the woman who went ballistic after hitting my car! LOL

It takes A LOT to get me to that point, but once I reach that threshold, I will get out of control.
